Ingredients

3 tbsp cold water

14 oz unflavored gelatin
- Rice

4 cups milk

1 cup rice
-
7 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt
- Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy cream
Instructions

Mix cold water and gelatin then put in microwave for 20-30 seconds until gelatin completely dissolves.
- Rice

Cook milk with rice on medium/low heat until rice is soft. Stir constantly, milk can burn easily.

Add gelatin, salt, and sugar to cooked rice.

Rice mixture will need to completely cool before the next steps. Leave in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Whipped Cream

Whip the cream and add vanilla once soft peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the COLD rice mixture. Add one almond if desired. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Eat plain or add toppings. (Cinnamon, canned cherries, blue berries, etc.)
