Alternative if you don’t have a food processor:

Place the grated potatoes and onion in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes and onion with beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
